The EC Group entered into a CCDC 5B Contract with Central Saanich School District 63 to provide land clearing and construction management services for a new modular childcare facility on Veyaness Road.
The project included clearing and prepping a heavily forested lot, providing municipal utilities upgrades and services including storm and sanitary sewer upgrades, a storm retention pond on site, on site and offsite asphalt paving and a new walking trail off of Seabrook Road.
