Located on Brickyard Road in North Nanaimo, this project began as one large piece of land with one home on it.
Creative, Inc.‘s Civil division took the lead on the lot servicing which included all civil services as well as picking up, salvaging and relocating the existing home to a new property. This created room for 7 new lots zoned for residential building.
The scope of work for this project included all civil services needed for 7 new residential lots. Echelon Creative, Inc cleared the entire lot, provided all services on site as well as building a new cul-de-sac to access these homes.
