Echelon Creative, Inc. provided prime contractor duties for this project. This project consists of full development of a 16 lot subdivision. Beginning the project included a full site clearing involving multiple tree removals alongside City of Nanaimo arborists to identify trees to remain. We fully serviced the sites including upgrading the water and sewer lines, as well as installing storm drains. We were responsible for building and paving new roadways, creation and pouring of concrete sidewalks, along with hard and soft landscapes.
Maintaining the integrity of this historic estate property was crucial for us throughout the entire development process of this land. We remained on budget and on time throughout the project and ensured the finished product provided the appropriate foundation for a future residential subdivision.
